Company Profile
The company, based at Lake Zurich with offices in Singapore, was created by Dr. Bernhard Köhler in 2004 to provide real estate investment advice, consultancy and investment management services to investors worldwide.
Swisslake is 100% independently owned by the management of the company, and is not affiliated with or related to any other organisation. As an independent company, we recognise the importance of our fiduciary duty to our clients and the impartial investment advice we provide. We do not provide services to, or receive fees from the funds we have invested in which helps to eliminate any conflicts of interest.
